Diana Garcia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida.
She has her BA and Masters in Psychology and is the founder of the Nurturing Minds Counseling. This is where Diana helps people feel more calm, confident, kickass and helps couples build their bond.
Diana is a proud first-generation Hispanic and is also a soon-to-be published author! Her book: Negative Thoughts Happen: How to Find Your Inner Ally When Your Inner Critic Shows Up will be published in December.
