She's a professor of relational and sexual communication at California State University Fullerton (recieved her tenure at the age of 33), an award-winning researcher, a sex and relationship coach at luvbites.co, and the host of Luvbites by Dr. Tara podcast that focuses on sexual wellness and exploration. Her work has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health Magazine, Insider, and other media outlets.Her goal is to normalize sex talks and help people live a more passionate life and feel more sexually fulfilled through confidence and communication coaching. Dr. Shemena Johnson
Dr. Shemena is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that has been in private practice in Los Angeles, California for several years. She works with individuals and couples on in-depth, core issues helping them expand their consciousness, heal their wounds and positively transform their lives. Dr. Lisa Batten
Over the course of Dr. Lisa’s career she has worked with world-renown researchers investigating compounds for the treatment of mental health disorders. She has coordinated the first ever trial in Canada investigating ketamine for depression and also served as an editorial manager on scientific journals. She is a trained therapist and offer consultation for meditation scripts and mental health apps. Dr. Lisa has contributes to Couply specifically on how the wiring of our brain impacts our communication style and relationships.

We have a 14-day no-stress refund offer that applies to our annual memberships bought through Google Play.
Important to note that this only applies to our annual memberships bought through Google Play; if you’re on a monthly membership please see the section in how to cancel your monthly subscription above.
We would love to offer this through Apple as well, but Apple have different policies. This said, we do have a guide to get an Apple refund in most circumstances which is below.
Refund for Annual Google Play Store Customers
If you purchased your subscription on an Android device, in the Google Play Store:
You may request a refund through the Couply team within 14 days from your date of purchase at hello@couply.io.
You must include the following in your request:
Your GPA Google Play receipt
Your GPA is a long number that begins with GPA will have been sent to the purchaser via your email registered with google. We cannot issue a refund without this GPA number or your GPA receipt.

Refund for Annual Apple App Store Customers
It is possible to get an annual refund if you purchased your subscription on an iOS device, in the AppStore:
Important to note: Apple do not allow their developers to manage their own subscription refunds. Please read the below very carefully.
Apple refunds can only be issued by the iTunes Support team directly (see iTunes Terms of Service for more information).
Here is how to apply for a refund through Apple.
Click on: https://getsupport.apple.com
Go to: Billing & Subscriptions
Select: Subscriptions & Purchases
Select: Request a refund
Select: Email Support
Apple will refund customers if:
Your purchase was accidental i.e. you and your partner didn’t mean to purchase Couply premium.
You made a duplicate purchase i.e. if you and your partner both happened to purchase Couply at exactly the same time.
Couply does not have any say nor control in Apple's refunds, however in our experience they have been pretty excellent about honoring the above really quickly.
